Who makes the jewellery?

Every piece is lovingly handmade and hand-painted by Pooja in her home studio in the UK. Each design is unique, crafted with care and attention to detail.

What materials do you use?

Our earrings are made from high-quality polymer clay, hand-painted with artist-grade paints, and sealed for durability. Most designs use 18K Gold-plated, sterling silver, nickel-free, hypoallergenic findings — gentle on sensitive ears, hands, neck.

Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes! Polymer clay is extremely light and comfortable for everyday wear — even our statement dangles won’t tug.

Do you ship within the UK?

Absolutely. We ship nationwide using Royal Mail services. Shipping options will be shown at checkout.

Do you offer international shipping?

At the moment, we are focusing on UK orders. We hope to expand worldwide soon — stay tuned!

How long will my order take?

Orders typically dispatch within 2 working days. During busy seasons, processing may be slightly longer due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Can I return or exchange earrings?

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they arrive damaged or faulty. If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?

Oh no! Please email us with photos of the damage within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.

How can I care for my jewellery?

To keep your earrings looking magical:

Avoid water, perfume and oils

Store in a cool, dry place

Clean gently with a soft cloth

Don’t bend or drop the clay pieces

Treat them with love — and they’ll last beautifully.

Do you make custom orders?

From time to time — yes! If you’d like something personal, feel free to message us with your ideas. Custom slots are limited.

Can I gift wrap my order?

Yes! We offer complimentary packaging that’s perfect for gifting. Just leave a note at checkout.
